Review comps, prepare broker price opinions to establish market values and market strategies to sell assets in a manner which maximizes recovery and minimizes expenses, while in compliance with established policies and procedures. Assist in the closing process as required in achieving our sales goals. Manage vendors and identify potential fraud. Manage daily task reports to ensure timely completion and follow-up on tasks.
